  • Reentry and deportation: These cases often involve an immigrant who was convicted of a crime in the U.S., was deported, and has reentered the country, only to face more criminal charges. The federal sentencing guidelines in these cases are extremely harsh. It is extremely important to contact an attorney skilled in both immigration and criminal law matters.
